Secretary Of State Blinken: 'No Doubt' U.S. Diplomacy 'Tarnished By Recent Events'

I don't doubt they felt like they were in a slump. They couldn't pull off getting the Arabs and Israelis to openly trade with each other. They couldn't get Iran under control. They couldn't do a lot of things for decades that Trump did on his own, or at his direction, in four short years. If success is tarnish, then by all means let them feel tarnished.
