What do you guys think? In my personal opinion conscription has no place in our society. Peoples love for country and/or perhaps the benefits that military service offers, will compel people to serve out of their own free will. But to force individuals to give up ownership of their lives involuntarily goes against our founding principles and what our Founding Fathers envisioned when they wrote the Constitution.
