This is more liberal insanity. I took swimming lessons from a very qualified swimming instructor. One of his students I swam with was an incredible swimmer. Excellent form,beautiful technique, 8 months pregnant she beat most guys swimming. Coach said if she were taller with a longer arm span she would be nationally competitive. Men have greater cardiac outputs, larger lung volumes, greater fast twitch fiber density and greater muscle mass with, even after transitioning, a 5% greater upper body strength. To think this is a fair playing field is insanity.
