Senate GOP leaders say they won't meet with Obama's Supreme Court nominee

The GOP Senate is making more moves to obstruct POTUS from adding to his legacy by refusing to even meet with anyone POTUS nominates much less hold hearings about it. Following this a release was made that Gov. Brian Sandoval is indeed being vetted as a possible nominee.

Maybe they should all consider that it's more important to find a way to work together instead of finding ways to grind everything to a hault so that nothing is getting done. It seems our government officials are best at holding things up so that no issues get addressed. We watch as they postpone issue after issue until the next big headline maker comes along and then the process starts over again. If they were children, we'd tell them to go sit in the corner until they could figure out a way to play together. Yes this is over simplified but after almost 8 years of back and forth aren't we all tired of the stalemate? It doesn't matter what side you're on politically, it matters that issues get addressed and the good of the nation is put first.

Can it be that POTUS is willing to consider an option which would break the standoff he is having with the Senate? Maybe POTUS will be able to sell Sandoval to the left. "Sandoval is pro-choice, expanded Medicaid, and oversaw Nevada’s construction of its own ObamaCare exchange (after the first attempt went sideways). He’s as “friendly” to Democrats as a modern Republican gets."
