They do not have a 3/4 majority to override a Presidential veto so the resolution was both a waste of time and meaningless. Other than emboldening Iran even more, which translates into more deaths to Americans.

They are limiting any presidents power. Maybe rightly, maybe not. The Congress is busy doing things like this and not balancing budgets and a host of other things. I suspect this will be vetoed so they will need a 2/3rd majority to pass it which I don't think they have. More mental masturbation by many of our legislators.

We have been at war for 20 years with no declaration of war from the Congress. We have trillions in debt (Congress manages the budget) and have for decades. If you think they are doing their job you are sorely mistaken.
