This is wild.!!! Normally, I remember in January waiting for the second or third Continuation Resolution to allow our funding.

This is the authorization bill, not the appropriations bill. Don't worry, there is still lots of time for the usual brinksmanship as we get closer to 30 SEP/govt shutdown threat. I do have to give them credit - this NDAA is on record time.
