Senate Proposal May Delay Launch of ACFT

So I know there are many posts on the ACFT. But how hard did the Army really think this through? I am not a fan of the new ACFT, as I still feel they did not take into account all the Reserve and NG units out their. One instance our reserve center is on an Air Force base. We got the equipment, but guess what no where to put it.
