Another ton of money wasted on a program that not only doesn't work, but can lead to death! The VA should have gotten it first! Know what I mean?

The roll out for AHLTA had similar issues, but not quite this bad. I think the program will work (keep in mind, it is essentially in the beta phase), and there is definitely reasoning behind it, but they need to make sure these bugs are ironed out prior to full implementation
