The Navy needs specific types of ships, not what some armchair warrior thinks they need.

The sad thing is that this happens across all services. It seems like these defense contractors purposely build these things across many districts to ensure that the programs continue. I was courted by defense contractors when I got out, turned them down, and have never been happier. There are good ones, but many aren't...
