His handling of the bonuses scandal was horrendous; I served with MG Baldwin, and was impressed with his tenacity and warrior ethos, but as the AG I have been disappointed with his handling of the states National Guard. I think it's time to put him out to pasture.

I was under his Command. Just a bunch of ring knockers. I was a supposed trouble child so he didn't respond to me well. I'll leave it at that.
