Service Technician

This test measures the candidate's ability to supervise and assist in the installation, repair, removal, and maintenance of equipment on customer well sites within the geographical area assigned.The test covers several subject areas: Basic Electronics, Telecommunications, TCP/IP, Networking Essentials, and PC Hardware. It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Field Service Technician and IT Service Technician.
