"alleged to have murdered a wounded teenage ISIS combatant by stabbing him in the neck."
I'm only a PFC so I'd like some clarification on this. Are we not allowed to use deadly force on combatants now? What was the war crime?

Once the enemy is wounded and no longer trying to fight you or can no longer fight then stabbing them in the neck is a crime but if they are still being combative well then game on but it’s sad to see how easy it is for people enjoying their lives at home with all the comforts judge men and woman’s actions that are in a foreign country where everyone else wants them dead

SGT (Join to see) Tracking that once we pass over non combatants they're now considered prisoners and are protected so to speak. It's a pretty big grey area though considering they can decide at any time to attack again after surrendering.
