Sex offending suspect claims transgender harassment in Wi Spa case

This is entirely predictable. A person with a chronic history of exposing himself finds a safe haven in a women’s spa. Here in Augusta a high school male claiming he was a female got caught playing peeping Tom. He now has his own bathroom.
