That didn't take long, for people to start thinking about sex in space. Hell, I began thinking about zero gravity sex years ago.

I wonder if the zero g would reduce the energy expenditure. Then again the whole action reaction thing might have you bouncing off of walls in the space ship.

One story I read talks about the "3 Dolphin Club" for zero-G sex. While I cannot find a single reference that a 3rd dolphin helps the male to be "docked" with the female, it was an interesting visualization. The humans went on to use belts so they could stay "docked". And with no up or down to contend with, well, use your imagination. Of course, all the sweat and other bodily fluids will just float around until it finds a surface to cling to...

I really don’t think fetal development will be effected. Initially the baby is in a weightless environment, ie amniotic fluid. As the baby matures it pushes against the uterus etc . Post part I’m developement May creat some issues. Sex on mars won’t be risky, reproduction might be.
