Cross-Functional Program Manager - Global Services

Responsibilities:
As the Cross-Functional Program Manager for Global Services, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the development, planning, and execution of cross-functional projects to help Shape’s internal and external partners achieve success at scale. You will work closely with the Vice President of Global Services and Director of Operations to shape the strategy and the vision, and manage the planning and delivery of services by working across Shape Security. You will be paired with a team of four Cybersecurity Operations & Product Apprentices responsible for the planning, tracking, management, and reporting of progress as well as execution toward the outcome-based Global Services process improvement roadmap. You will own and drive core program initiatives, including working with sales, operations, product, engineering, and marketing team campaigns in cyber security product development. You will apply structured and analytical approach to measure and evaluate program effectiveness, define and manage to KPIs, and build scalable processes and solutions to support the program growth.

Specific tasks include:
- Conduct research on product & operations workflows to inform data-driven roadmap activities
- Evaluate operations enhancement opportunities based on analysis of internal and external business conditions
- Collaborate with members of Global Services, Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales or Marketing teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes
- Lead cross-functional, project-based process improvement to decrease internal technical challenges/bottlenecks, while improving communications and solidifying emerging processes.
- Measure user experience to internal user interfaces, collecting data, and analyzing processes to build, document, and benchmark our growing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in growth companies (preferrably technology or consulting services)
- Deep program management experiences in fast-moving global business environments
- Excellent interpersonal skill: ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to organize cross-functional agreements and manage senior relationships
- The ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall operational and technical performance.
- A growth mindset, with exceptional attention to detail, strong collaborative skills in team environment, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project / Program management experiences in growth go-to-market programs
- Experiences with cybersecurity or dynamic operations or other types of technology transformation programs
- MBA or +5 years of management / technology consulting experiences
- PMP or PgMP certification
