Yes absolutely, I work at the USS Tranquility on RTC and it is rare to meet a recruit that knows rank and recognition for their own service. Even more so a recruit that passed their first PRT. I have seen in their hard cards with 5 push ups and their requirement was 43... Or finished just 5 laps out of 12 in 17 minutes and then quit. And don't get me started on their attitudes towards staff and non-rdc's. No respect or courtesies at all. And we aren't allowed to reprimand because that is the RDCs job
