Tomatoes do not have their own acidity. That’s why you have to add lemon juice or citric acid when canning them. Heinz needs to look into their own process and labels.

Cold when eating fries/ onion rings,... at least room temp for eating burgers/ fish, etc.
fries are generally a bit too hot when served, the cold ketchup chills the fries just right. And as for burgers, i can see the points on either cold or room temp ketchup. But i prefer cold when barbecuing and warm when in restaurants .
