When I was a recruiter ten years ago, we faced the same issues. American culture has changed even more, but narcissism has always been a part of the American people. Things will be difficult and it will be harder to find qualified recruits, but I belive that there will be Patriots out there who are willing to sacrifice for our nation.

There will always be a (small) percentage of young men & women who aren’t self-absorbed, narcissistic little assholes.

I’m concerned... AND I’m a Recruiter. The number of kids that we ship off to IET that end up back home is alarming. Not because they failed... Not because they got injured... Most often, because they QUIT!
