Failure to do so will prove to be a very costly mistake, affecting future generations.

It is in our standards here in Florida. I firmly believe in it.

Wasn’t it a “witness” in the Trayvon Martin case that couldn’t read cursive?

Don't know what the standards are, but my grandson just graduated in 2017 as an honor student in Florida and he can neither read nor write cursive. He prints everything if has to write and even had to resubmit things to IRS when getting info he needed for college funding aid.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen They recently changed the standards for that very reason. I am glad they changed it. When I was grading papers, students couldn't read my comments because they were in cursive. I had to tell them what I had written.
