The new Administration is simply cleaning out the remnants of the prior Administration. Lots of people are simply making a big deal about nothing out of the ordinary when Administrations's change over. #44 did it after he took office; and now, so it #45.

You are right it is the new POTUS's prerogative. Some how all the bluster about Clinton being in Wall Streets pocket is steadily looking like the pot calling kettle black situation.
