It seems that journalists still exist in America and this article was written by one. As I neared the end I felt the need for just one more fact, why hadn't the Senate agreed to it. Lo and behold, that fact was provided and the objections were explained. Obviously, I need confirmation to form an opinion but, if true, it seems an inadequate objection and the arguments in favor of ratification seem persuasive.
