From 50 thousand foot level description, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a customer-focused change management strategy. It’s a business strategy that helps improve business performance. Embedded Inside of LSS is a systematic approach to problem-solving and improving the way we do process improvement. There’s a methodology that’s involved allowing us to systematically enhance business processes. Businesses are in business for two reasons: 1) to satisfy the customer, and 2) to make money.
