SMU denies 9/11 memorial display in main campus area, says would violate policy

Personally, if I ran that place and someone told me they were triggered by the display, I would immediately expel them from the school. Welcome to the real world where no one cares about your feelings! It would be nice if some of these school administrators would remember who are the real role models they should promote (hint it is the memorial you are taking down).

"They say they’re not singling out the Young Americans for Freedom display and that they are committed to respecting free speech." In other words, SHUT UP while we say something that sounds vaguely constitutional.
