One of the greatest values a military could reinforce is respect. It takes discipline to be in a social gathering and bite your tongue; it takes a few strokes on a keyboard to devalue ones image. I urge my brothers and sisters who transition into civilian life to maintain those values which were once reinforced. Depending on where you want to work; some employers can easily monitor your social media postings. Don't be that idiot who gets fired, chaptered out, or not considered for employment because of your "strong views". We were NEVER stripped of our Freedom of Speech; we were just getting trained in biting our tongues. Ever notice how smart and intimidating someone can be until they open their mouth? Be Professional; Know Professional; and Do Professional... They may take you out of the Army but don't let them take the Army out of you.You

Moreover (for those on Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, and Coast Guard) see below link... Pretty much reiterates my pleads to all of my brothers and sisters in uniform... Judgement has not *really reign down on social media yet but please, please, share this concern with others...
