Soldier from Fort Hood dies in noncombat incident in Iraq

Just so those unfamiliar with reading about these type of incidents dont read in to it too much
"The incident is under investigation, officials said." is a statement made on every non combat death announcement and every death other than when hospitalized and under a docs care, regardless of initial thoughts and observations on site is investigated.
