There's an element of truth in this. Often when an identity is stolen, the thief will open accounts and pay them timely as they use them to ratchet up the credit limits before making a really big purchase

I work part-time for an accounting firm... goes to full-time during tax season (now).

Often, most folks only know they’ve been compromised when they start getting bank statement or overdraft notices for accounts they don’t open.

hahahaha Wayne it rarely works out that way. I have seen lots of bad things with stolen IDs
