Some Vegas shooting victims want donation plan revised

I have mixed emotions on this. Part of me thinks some of them are out to make a quick buck. The other part of me can understand that they are victims too and could suffer from PTSD. I do believe that the money should help pay for funeral expenses, medical bills, and assist with long term care for those who have become physically incapacitated.
