Maybe members of congress should have to go thru the VA medical process without their time in service as a form of clout. They might change things for the vets., we can only hope.

That is very sad SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that wait times for veterans seeking medical appointments at the VA have remained stubbornly stagnant in the past five months. I see my cardiologist twice per year and my primary care twice per year and use the VA emergency room for emergency treatment.
I hope that the next administration will roll back the aspects of the Affordable Care Act which drove doctors away including paperwork and oversight by non-medical trained personnel over medical treatment, etc. Once there is incentive for doctors I think more doctors will be available which will reduce the wait times.
