Interesting to hear the apparent split between conservative and liberals. Conservates seem to believe a hardline approach brought about this change whereas the Democrats believe open communication was key. Obviously, with such a small sample size, this conclusion is anecdotal. Curious if the producers of this video intentionally weaved this narrative. Regardless it appears the South Koreas much like Americans welcome the opportunity for peace but are skeptical. Thanks for the insight.

The girl who said using the summit as a gimmick pretty much sums up my feelings. Time will tell I guess.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen it's tough because the younger generation of Koreans do not really feel obligated to help North Korea out

Not sure anyone feels obligated to help NK, but the prospect of a treaty to end a war that's been going on since the 50s is promising. After that what happens will happen, think Germany, Italy and Japan, up to NK.
