Space Corps Would Fix Troubled OCX, FAB-T, Argue Top StratForces Lawmakers

It appears that these congressmen are REALLY trying to make their childhood dreams/fantasies come to life. They want their own version of "A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away..." Last I checked, neither the Russians nor Chinese had made it to the moon and back. I am curious, now, about just how close to our space program they are - given that NASA doesn't do space stuff anymore.
