Of course Mueller abused the Grand Jury system! Anyone with more than half a brain realized when he announced indictments on Russian individuals and organizations that he had no intention of ever prosecuting them, that he made those indictments in the hope his investigation would appear legitimate. He wasn't prepared for any of the indicted parties to actually respond -- and now that one did, he's trying to use a technicality to AVOID prosecuting them. Fortunately, the judge isn't buying the argument, which means Mueller is going to have to move forward with the prosecution, and he's going to have to cough up all the information he supposedly has against the people he indicted.

This is going to be fun to watch.

"Mueller's team is asking the Washington judge who oversees the case to weigh arguments about whether Concord properly received notice that it faced an indictment."
yet, they have hired an American lawyers and have put in a plea of not guilty.

Rather interesting that Prosecutors would ask for a delay of 1 month only to get rejected because... "The prosecution team sought the delay on the grounds that it’s unclear whether Concord Management formally accepted the court summons related to the case."
This whole thing stinks of political BS or irony.
