Spire Institute receives $15,000 grant from Veterans Affairs Administration

I applaud efforts like this, but am also torn because of all the improvements needed in the VA system. We need to be able to have external programs like this to support disabled vets, but what about fixing the VA system itself? I know $15K won't do much for the VA, but when you add them all up, what do they amount to? What are your thougths?
