I am willing to overlook the DWI charge, the burglary charge as youth stupidity. The SEC investigation into his IPO Stock Purchases is much more recent (2013) and gives me pause for thought on this guy being a potential crook, telling people what they want to hear to get elected. I don't think the legalization of Marajuana or Single- Payer health care will pass electoral muster in Texas.

LTC (Join to see) - He got the charge adjudicated via taking a DWI course afterwards. Not sure if that matters or not for Canada. Texas state law allows for adjudication of most moving violations via taking a remedial Drivers Ed course. You can get like one charge adjudicated every 2-3 years that way........I think up to a limit of 2-3 times but not sure if there is a limit.

SPC Erich Guenther - I don't know why you would think your answer frustrates me. I thought at the start of the video he was very clear that he understood how people could take both sides of the issue, and then stressed that they are all real Americans. I was cintrastingvthat to the way our president continues to handle it, by saying things like the protesters should leave the country, be fired from their jobs, etc etc. I happen to fall on the side of flag burning, etc not bothering in the least. But I see wh it can bother people. I just can't stand the way Trump, rather than try and unite the country, continues to exacerbate the differences.

LTC (Join to see) - OK well first, Trump doesn't care about the FLAG issue or the kneeling issue. This is all about his longstanding grudge against the NFL when the NFL sued him over attempting to start the AFL as a competitor. Thats all that is at the root of this controversy, this is his opportunity to stick it to the NFL for suing him earlier and he is not going to let it pass by. As for challenging the issue more quietly, yes anyone could have done that better than TRUMP but Trumps objective was not to solve the issue, it was to seek revenge from the NFL and settle an old score.........while inflicting as much pain on the NFL as he could.

He has a right to his opinion. I have my right to mine. It wasn't accepted in 1968 at the Mexico Olympics. Mr. Kaepernick started the movement over wrongs in society. He should not have quit his contract. Now, because of his activism, the NFL owners are embarrassed to have them back on their team. Maybe he can go play for the Canadian football league for $8,000 a game Canadian.

LTC (Join to see) I am all for his single-payer health care this Candidate wants. It won't work in the USA because the Doctor/AMA, legal litigation industry and the crooked pharmaceuticals are sucking below the desk both parties to make sure nothing affects their profit margins. It works in Canada but the laws are different. Litigation is not an industry. This Candidate has something I agree with.

So to understand the root cause of this entire blowup between Trump and the NFL you have to go back to the NFL lawsuit against Trump for attempting to start the AFL American Football League to compete with the NFL. The AFL effort was bankrolled by Trump and he still holds a grudge about it.

SPC Erich Guenther even though I played football in 10th Grade, I really didn't follow this issue. Thank you for giving some historical context.

LTC (Join to see) - I don't either, I don't like football. I just heard about his grudge about the AFL lawsuit from someone that lives in NYC.
