Not used to seeing lists of the worst of something so this caught my attention. I pretty much don't do fast food so can't comment on most. What I'll admidt is that many fall into my pet peeve of making nice crispy food then slopping something over it to make the crispy food soggy.

Agree, the one that really gets me is getting a nice crispy skin on a roast then the recipe says to tent it while standing.
