State Department remains concerned by Turkey’s proxy fighters in northern Syria

It is my understanding the War Lords aliened with the Caliph lived in Libya before the US, I mean NATO, destroyed the ruling party.
What was it that Clinton stated? We came, we saw, he died?
I suspect SFC, a lot of fighters were moved from northern Syria (Sunni) to fight ISIS (also Sunni), who do not follow the reborn Ottoman Empire. Plus, Egypt is not too happy with the situation and has sent support.
What a FUBAR situation. Does anyone know why NATO destroyed Libya?
