State Dept inspector general requests 'urgent' Ukraine briefing on Capitol Hill

I suspect that there is a little gamesmanship going on here.
Congress is in recess, but before they went on a two week vacation, they told the State Dept to produce documents and people related to Ukraine dealings. SecState says "hold by beer" and sends up the IG to talk to them - making them come back to Washington and away from fundraising - in order to tell them (well, who knows, really) most likely that it will take X amount of time to produce the documents that they want, but we are working ever so hard to do so.
