Thanks for posting the change of command ceremony of the United States Forces – Afghanistan Command when Gen. John Campbell turned over command to Lt. Gen, John “Mick” Nicholson who will be GEN John “Mick” Nicholson SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
To be honest I have much more respect for GEN's John Campbell and John “Mick” Nicholson than I have for SEC DEF Ash Carter.I am certain Ash will not lose any sleep over that comment.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL - I violently agree with you my friend. That expression fits very well here.

I'm always skeptical when I read about the Afghan leaders, their first president was shady and crooked and would say anything to keep the US money flowing. Not to discount the work Gen. Campbell has done but even if the Afghan leaders believe in a better brighter future until the lowest man in the Afghan army believes it our troops will always have to worry about an afghan soldiers shooting from inside the walls.

SGT Benjamin Lindsey your absolutely right, when I was over there in 2013 with the 1st CAV and there green on blue attacks all the times on coalition forces. Its time to turn to move on and out of Afghanistan. I have lost some dear friends for life over there and I miss them dearly every day of my life.
