Stevie Ray Vaughan - Little Wing

SRV was and is an icon of musical culture who originated here in Austin; he stood head to head with Jimmie Hendrix and every other guitarist, composer, artist all around performer. He lived a simple life and when his will was finally released some years ago all he had was a dozen or so guitars and a few trademark hats to his name. A statue of him stands in an honored place on the South bank of the Colorado River in Austin.
