Never heard of this site, and less so the guy. I am sure he will not get work through Hollywood, mostly cos you have to play the game and work well with the establishment. And then add being an uppity black guy.... but if he is otherwise good at his craft, indie work is now the preferred medium as well as Broadway.
I can somewhat relate to a lot of what he says. It is a common subject amongst foreign heritage blacks in America. The problem with them (and I am one myself) is that they cry foul partially all the while saying things are fair. They generally don’t understand the black american experience and so look at it naively as foreigners who suffered less than the native black.
Anyway intersting video nonetheless. He’s said what many have said and more have thought. Nothing really new.

Wow! Hope many people, color doesn't matter, and really think about his message.
