Screening Room is a new company...Would you pay $50 to rent a new movie like Batman Vs Superman the same day it hits theaters? You get the movie for 48 hours and you can have all your friends over. If you and your wife go to the movies and get popcorn and drinks you will spend close to $50. It was also brought up that when they hype a movie and after the first week the reviews are bad no one goes, but with this company many more would see it the first night and the company would make more on bad movies.

For folks with 3 or more kids I could definitely see this as a feasible option: no driving, waiting in long lines, paying as much in snack fees as you did for entry.....

A1C (Join to see) thanks for the post, it could be advantageous for those that can afford it. But for others, I would have to agree with this tweet " Would you pay $50 to rent a new movie like #BatmanVsSuperman the same day it hits theaters?"

I would. My Wife, three kids and me. Going to the movies is at least $90 to $100 when we all go. Pizza, burgers, drinks, popcorn it is ridiculous. Don't even get me started on going to a MLB or NFL game.
