Sudan condemned on Tuesday a U.S. law that would allow families of victims of the September 11, 2001, attacks to sue governments for damages, saying it undermined state sovereignty and could provoke reciprocal legislation.
Sudan hosted Osama bin Laden, the al-Qaida leader behind the attacks, from 1991-1996, although it has denied allegations that it funded him. Its government was among dozens of defendants named in a 2002 lawsuit filed by families of September 11 victims.
Sounds like Sudan is worried. Maybe this will cause some states to rethink their participation in or support they provide to terrorist groups.

Hmmm, can see it now.
Bill Clinton being sued for bombing an Aspirin Factory in the Sudan (Al-Shifa pharmaceutical factory). Or Bill Clinton being sued for bombing the People's Republic of China embassy in the Belgrade district of New Belgrade.
Interesting thing is that Yugoslavia has not come up in this election campaign, other than Hillary's lie about landing under sniper fire in Tuzla in March 1996.
Yugoslavia was entered with no Exit Strategy planned and we are still deploying troops there.

Wait till they name the US instructors both (ARMY and CIA) from the 80's involved in training and arming Osama and others to fight the Soviets, then include Iran Contra, and La Escuela de Las Americas. I see nothing good coming from this 911 Law, and now have to plead the 5th.

Wonder if a similar law would help get parents more involved in preventing misdeeds of their children?

I think that the parents should be held accountable for their child's actions, until the child is of leaflet age, and can ne held accountable themselves. Maybe the parents should be spanked, if the won't discipline their kids :)
