Great read but disagree with author, nuclear weapons have always been about "Mutually Assured Destruction" Why should we give that up?
We face the Russians, Chinese, North Korean and possibly/already Iran, we should not abdicate our advantage.

Is this guy arguing for less accurate nukes? You don't use a nuke for its accuracy.
