Thank you, my friend SGT James Murphy for posting the unsurprising news . Newton's "laws" apply to this earth which is what led Albert Einstein to work on his General Relativity hypothesis.

I think both scientists perspective are needed. Newton explained the motion of objects but Einstein gave a more precise explanation.
