I think the SCOTUS needs to send a clear message to this President and others that they have to enforce ALL of the laws...even the ones they don't like.

It's time that SCOTUS weighed in on "enforcement discretion". Although I am less than assured they will make the right call, the Executive Branch needs to be reminded of its Constitutional Duty to enforce the laws - AS WRITTEN - by the Legislative Branch.

It doesn't matter to me who sits in what desk in the Federal government... each has a specified role. We need to remind them of those roles.
