That's not really rigging an election. They are challenging voter registrations based on a mailer sent out and returned. You might get away with a charge of racial profiling or discrimination but I don't see it as rigging. All a challenge is, is a request to investigate the registration more closely, it does not throw out the vote, the vote is still counted if it is valid. They ask you at the poll before you cast the vote if the street address on your registration is still valid..........your issue if you lie and say yes, in my view they have an excuse to throw out your vote if you lie to a poll worker or attempt to commit fraud at the polling place.

Edit. The decree is still in place until Dec 2017. Do you think they will extend it??
