Jill Stein started this mess not Hillary. Her team eventually followed the train to ensure proper procedures were followed or something to that effect

This is a recount that was held prior to the Presidential election, this is NOT the Jill Stein requested recount which has not finished yet. The last three Wisconsin recounts have demonstrated with the same election machines that the original count was very accurate and only off by a few hundreds of votes. However for the recent Presidential Election Wisconsin has already admitted to UNDERCOUNTING Trump votes by at least 400, in a mistake they found after the original count. So in the Presidential Recount in Wisconsin, President-Elect Trump is already starting with a 400 vote recount advantage.
