Supreme Court temporarily lifts restrictions on Trump travel ban

We will see when the courts actualy make a decision on the case

Hawaii has been in oppositon to the travel ban i wonder what's taking the state so long to respond.

The question for me is what standard will the court use. If it's substantive due process, then anything goes. What is being demanded by the litigants is an absurd test, because by definition any majority x-religion country that also exports terrorists (or member of any other group acting against US law) is going to have a de facto outsized impact on members of x-religion. That's basic demographics, not religion.
