The gun-grabbers sure love lots of stupid laws that exist solely to harass and discourage peaceable citizens.
New York probably is the worst, but I have had experiences in New Jersey that would make it a close second.
Dare we hope New York will be told they must become a "shall issue" CCW state, and eliminate the senseless pile of "gun laws" that exist for harassment purposes only.
