Isn’t this just a return to previous levels? Women were understandably not enlisting while there were several highly publicized murders.

I think it may be a marginal increase above previous levels. We'll see what the AAR on FY25 looks like...

I liked how Obama and Biden presented themselves but the current assh*(^ is much more affordable and less likely to get us into a war. I do not understand why people cannot step back and evaluate the entire picture, good and bad points. I love how real debate is happening in Washington over his Big Beautiful Bill and whether it passes or not is not solely based on political party. That is how Congress is supposed to work and not all this political hatred.

The recent strikes in Iran might yield an increase, at least for prospective pilots. If the B2 female pilot gets to do some PR stuff I think she could be very instrumental in recruiting; especially if she can bring home the idea that the best compliment that one as a female can get is when you're considered one of the "boys" as that's a universal social queue that you're officially in the club... even more so if they mess around with you, conduct pranks, etc. If one's colleagues are that comfortable around you they'll be equally comfortable going after anyone who openly heckles you or worse.
