Statements like this pretty much pisses on the words of MLK Jr when he stated he wanted his children to live " ... in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

Double standard in a different area ... A couple of years ago there was some fakeraversy about not as many Blacks in the MLB as there are in the NFL. Yet not one peep about the disproportionate rate of Whites in the NBA.

WOW, Just when I think nothing could get any stupider, and yes I know that is not proper English. When will we STOP being so politically correct and just get the right person for the right job PERIOD. I stated this in another article that it shouldn't matter what your ethnic background is, it should be can they do the job. I am not a fan of Rice or several of the political establishment, but then again I never had to be. This is one of the reasons that the alphabet soup (agencies) don't talk to each other because of stupid people thinking they are better than someone else. Get over it and do the freak'n job you are paid to do, or move over and allow someone else to do the job.

MSG Christopher Chouinard Not a Trump fan, but how awesome would it be to have a TV crew follow him around firing bureaucrats! "So you can't do your job because you don't have enough green people working for you? Your replacement can.....YOU'RE FIRED!"

MSG Christopher Chouinard Oh it would be better if they traveled to their location and we could watch as they threw them out of their cushy office. Then throw all their stuff out the window like the old "barracks tornado" from boot camp!

Not a fan of Rice...and I'm struggling not to be influenced by that in my comments.
For starters, she drifts off target real quick...If, alternatively, Rice had said, "You know what, we need more ethnic agents to fit into intel gathering areas better", I'd have probably thought, "Ok". Instead, she has to make a point about positions of power, influence, and American not being fully represented.
That's just throwing about ideologies to a) garner support for the "Party" in an election year, and b) make all the people on the "Right" go nuts and say crazy things Hillary can use later.
The truth is that I served under just as many "ethnic" senior officers as "whites"...I work in an industry that is predominantly Central Asian...the mayor of the largest city near to me is a Hispanic woman...face it, there is no official (or apparently effective) barrier to entering any position based on race.
But we can't have that, now can we? If that were proven true, then we'd have to ask why MORE ethnic people aren't in power. Then, we'd have to ask what those who are have in common with their white peers. Then, we might have to admit that success and influence aren't coefficients of diversity...but merit; which has nothing to do with race.

Even if you write it out in crayon, some of these oxygen stealers wouldn't comprehend the percentage of the population compared to workforce. If these brain donors weren't in an influential position, it would be funny... Almost

SSG Dennis Grossmann - Come on, Rice was the State Department talking head that first brought up the Benghazi Video...That right there proves that if she has two brain cells one is lonely or bored.
